Shipping policy
Free Home Delivery on All Orders: OVER $400 TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (Total cart, excluding taxes).
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select countries using FedEx. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders received for Standard Overnight and 2-Day will ship the next business day. International Economy orders will ship within two U.S. business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Items shipped outside the 48 contiguous states to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via FedEx 2Day. Shipping to a P.O. Box with FedEx is not permitted at this time.

- 2-Day - 2 business days by 8:00 pm (not available for INT). Saturday/Sunday Delivery is not available.
- Overnight - 1 business day by 8:00 pm (not available for AK, HI or INT) Saturday/Sunday Delivery is not available.
- U.S. Postal Service - Available for U.S. Territories, APO, or FPO addresses only. Typically 1 to 5 business days
- International Economy - Delivery time based on country and customs clearance. All import taxes and fees (VAT, GST, or Sales Tax), as well as FedEx customs clearance fees, are collected at checkout.
U.S. Kids Golf is not responsible for weather or other unforeseen delays after a package is transferred to a selected carrier.

Returns
Within 30 days of the invoice:
U.S. Kids Golf will gladly accept a return of merchandise, no questions asked, if we are contacted and you are issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number within 30 days from the date the product was shipped or invoiced from our company. Products that have embroidery, customization or personalization do not qualify for a return. To qualify for this no-questions-asked return policy, products must be NEW – meaning unused and in their original packaging. Please call our customer service department at 1.888.387.5437 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
You will be responsible for shipping arrangements and fees. The return must be shipped within 15 days of the date the RA was issued and received by us within 45 days of our shipped/invoice date. However, if it is determined that the return is due to our error, a Call Tag (shipping label at our expense) will be emailed to you in order to ship within 15 days of the date the RA is issued.
All used golf club purchases are final.
Consumer Product Warranty
U.S. Kids Golf warrants its new products purchased from an authorized U.S. Kids Golf retailer or distributor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for ONE YEAR from the original retail purchase date.
U.S. Kids Golf warrants LIKE NEW golf clubs purchased from the U.S. Kids Golf Equipment Outlet to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for SIX MONTHS from the original retail purchase date. An exact replacement may not be available. U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. USED products purchased from the U.S. Kids Golf Equipment Outlet do not qualify for warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or normal wear and tear use such as paint scratches, fading, worn grips, or cosmetic blemishes. The product must not have been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged by the consumer's act or neglect.
U.S. Kids Golf is not responsible for a product not purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor or for a product that has been altered or modified in any way except for re-gripping. To obtain warranty service for U.S. Kids Golf products purchased within the United States, the consumer must present proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt to an authorized retailer or to U.S. Kids Golf. To receive warranty service directly from U.S. Kids Golf, the consumer must first call our customer service department at 1.888.387.5437 to obtain a Return Authorization number. U.S. Kids Golf will return the replacement product to consumers in the United States at no charge. Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs, or shipping charges may apply. U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product.
To obtain a warranty service for U.S. Kids Golf products purchased outside of the United States the consumer must present proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt to an authorized retailer or the U.S. Kids Golf distributor in that country.
